Measuring 12", these mini bands double as fit loop bands when used independently and are optimal for increasing flexibility and strength by adding tension to lower body movements that require short bursts of movement, such as squats and hip thrusts. Red = Light resistance (15-30 lb. resistance) for stretching and bending.
